Designed for Owner builders, business owners, sole traders or contractors, personal accident insurance is particularly important as workers compensation cover may not be available.

Every year, thousands of Australians are injured whilst carrying out renovations or home improvements, or just doing life. The consequences can be devastating, but you can take steps to protect yourself and your family from the potential hardship.
Your cover will pay a benefit of up to 85% of your income. As a minimum you receive $1,000 per week, with no proof of income required, and up to $2,500 per week as a result of being unable to work.

You may also choose to include illnesses cover, combining Personal Accident & Illness Insurance which compensates you the same benefit should you fall ill and were unable to earn your regular income. Subject to the benefit period selected, you may be insured for up to 2 years.

Policy option includes disablement, permanent disability, permanent injury and (worst case) death lump sum payments.

Premiums are generally tax deductable. Monthly payment plans are available. Variable waiting periods to reduce premiums are also available.
