Commercial Property Policy Cover.

Business Property Cover. Covers damage to buildings, business contents and specified items.

Business Interruption Cover. Optional and provides cover resulting from damage, theft, money, glass and general property, and machinery or equipment breakdown, including, and only a selection:

Lease Agreement default or loss of rent
Increased cost of working incurred due to damage or loss
Rent Default, including legal expenses
Incidental income damage
Prevention of access resulting in loss of rent

Theft. Optional and provides cover against forcible and violent entry which results in loss or damage to your business contents or specified items.

Equipment on hire
Home Office contents
Personal effects including tools
Replacement locks, keys and combinations
Restoration of security system
Rewriting business documents
Temporary protection and security

Machinery and Electronic Equipment Breakdown. When selected this cover provides for repair or replace of machinery and electronic equipment.

Glass. External glass, fixed glass, porcelain and perspex or plastic material used in external windows, skylights and doors and external signs forming part of the building.

General Property. When selected provides cover over unspecified and specified business contents whilst in the normal course of transit anywhere in Australia by a vehicle owned by the insured.

Tax Audit. When selected provides cover against official examination or inquiry undertaken by an authorised Authority to conduct such examination or an inquiry.

Workplace Health and Safety Law Breaches Legal Costs. When selected provides cover against legal fees, costs and expenses incurred by legal appeal proceedings against an imposition of a fine, prohibition notice; or a determination by a court or tribunal, arising from a breach of workplace health and safety legislation which results from an incident.
